Findings of the Pilot Project:
 

1. Trial in Assam and Jammu & Kashmir:

   • Nari Adalats established in 50–50 gram panchayats.

   • In 2023–24, 76 out of 102 disputes resolved in Assam.

   • 144 out of 180 cases resolved in Jammu & Kashmir.
      

2. Positive Outcomes:

   • Quick resolution of disputes.

   • Participation of women in legal processes.
